Ilmoittaudu illalliselle alla olevan lomakkeen kautta. Ilmoittautuminen päättyy 6.8.2023 klo 23:00 tai kun kaikki paikat on varattu.
Voit ilmoittaa kerrallaan enintään 6 osallistujaa. Lomakkeessa kysytään osallistujien allergiat ja erityisruokavaliot, joten varmistathan ennakkoon koko seurueesi mahdolliset erityisruokavaliot.
Saat vastausviestissä illallisen maksuohjeet. Osallistujille ei lähetetä erikseen lippuja, vaan ovella on käytössä vieraslista.

Hellocon’s pre-event dinner is being held on Friday 22.9.2023 at the stunning restaurant Dine at the Klaus K hotel. The dinner begins at 6 PM (18:00) at the address Klaus K Hotel, Bulevardi 2-4, 00120 Helsinki.

Alcoholic beverages can be bought separately at the bar located in the same space.
Please register for the dinner by filling out the form below. The registration ends on 6.8.2023 at 11 PM (23:00) or when all the seats are filled.
You can admit at most 6 participants to the dinner with one admission form. As the form inquires about the allergies and dietary preferences of said participants, please make sure to inform us about any potential dietary preferences, restrictions, or allergies applying to any or all members of your entire group well in advance.
You will receive payment information for the dinner in the response message. No physical tickets will be sent out to the participants – instead a guest list checking all entering guests will be invoked at the door of the venue.
The pre-event dinner registration is binding.
