Meillä on ilo ilmoittaa, että myyjähaku Labyrinth of Dreams -tapahtumaan on nyt avattu! Haku aukeaa 4.2.2023 ja sulkeutuu 4.3.2023. Hae mukaan syksyn taianomaisimpaan lolitatapahtumaan täyttämällä alla oleva lomake.
Labyrinth of Dreams -tapahtumassa voit myydä lolitaan, katumuotiin tai muuten tapahtuman teemaan sopivia vaatteita, asusteita, koruja ja taidetta. Myös muut tapahtuman henkeen sopivat tuotteet tai palvelut ovat tervetulleita! Voit halutessasi osallistua upeaan myyjien muotinäytökseen max. kolmella asukokonaisuudella.
Labyrinth of Dreams on kaksipäiväinen japanilaiseen lolitamuotiin keskittynyt tapahtuma. Myyntisali on avoinna tapahtuman pääpäivänä lauantaina 23.9. Seuraavana päivänä pidettävillä teekutsuilla ei ole myyntisalia. Voit osallistua teekutsuille ostamalla erillisen teekutsulipun Tiketistä.
Myyntipaikan hinta on 110 €.
Myyntipaikka sisältää kaksi sisäänpääsylippua lauantain päätapahtumaan sekä myyntipöydän ja pöytäliinan. Myyntipöydän mitat on 120 x 80 cm. Mikäli haluat tuoda mukanasi lattiatilaa vaativan telineen esim. rekin, ilmoitathan siitä etukäteen.

Lippu kolmannelle avustajalle: 40 €
Valitsemme myyjät hakemuksien perusteella siten, että tapahtumassa on mahdollisimman monipuolinen valikoima erilaisia myyjiä. Ilmoitamme valinnoista viikko haun päättymisestä.

We are happy to announce that our call for vendors for the Labyrinth of Dreams event starts today! The search for vendors begins on 4.2.2023 and ends on 4.3.2023. Please apply for the most enchanting lolita event of the autumn by filling out the form listed below.
At Labyrinth of Dreams you can sell clothing, accessories, jewellery, as well as art related to lolita fashion. Other products and/or services befitting of the theme, atmosphere, and essence of the event itself are also more than welcome! Should you be interested and inspired, you can join the talented cast of the fabulous Vendors’ Fashion Show, showcasing up to three different outfit coordinates.
Labyrinth of Dreams is an event focused on Japanese lolita fashion, spanning over two days. The main event takes place on Saturday 23.9.2023, where the vendors will display and sell their merchandise. The tea party held on Sunday 24.9.2023 unfortunately does not include a vendors’ hall. You can join the tea party by buying a separate tea party ticket.
The price for a vendor space is 110 €.
The vendor space includes the entry for two persons for the main event on Saturday, as well as a vendor table and a tablecloth. The measurements for the table are 80 x 120 cm.
Clothing rack rental (incl. 10 hangers): 10 €
Additional table: 20 €
Additional assistant ticket: 40 €
We will choose the vendors based on the applications accordingly, so that our event may demonstrate a most versatile array of different kinds of vendors and talents. We will inform you of our choices and decisions a week after closing the application.
