Hellocon ry juhlistaa 10-vuotisjuhlaansa järjestämällä Labyrinth of Dreams -lolitamuotitapahtuman Helsingissä. Otamme erityisen mielellämme vastaan tapahtuman teemaan tai Helloconin 10-vuotiseen taipaleessen liittyvää ohjelmaa, mutta voit tarjota muutakin lolitaa sivuavaa ohjelmaa.
Voit tarjota meille puheohjelmaa, esittävää ohjelmaa sekä osallistavaa ohjelmaa. Puheohjelmat ovat luentoja, paneeleja tai keskustelupiirejä, joissa pääpaino on etukäteen ilmoitettujen järjestäjien puheessa. Ohjelman teemat voivat liittyä lolitamuotiin tai vaikkapa keijujen historiaan. Esittävät ohjelmat toteutetaan päälavalla, ja ne voivat olla esimerkiksi laulu- tai tanssiesityksiä. Emme hae tällä kertaa muotinäytöksien pitäjiä. Osallistava ohjelma tarkoittaa erilaisia työpajoja, visailua tai vaikkapa pelien pelaamista. Kokeilemme mielellämme myös uutta, joten jos sinulla on mielessäsi ohjelma, joka ei sovi aiempaan kuvaukseen, ehdota sitä meille.
Valitse ohjelmallesi sopiva kesto joko 60 min tai 90 min. Esittävät ohjelmat voivat varata tarpeen mukaan myös lyhyemmän 30 min ajan.
Ohjelmanpitäjät saavat päätapahtumaan ilmaisen sisäänpääsyn ja pääsevät greenroomiin tapahtuman aikana. Teekutsuliput tulee ostaa erikseen.Ohjelmanpitäjän edut saat pitämällä luennon, osallistavaa ohjelmaa tai esityksen. Mallit ja ohjelmien avustajat eivät ole oikeutettuja näihin etuihin.
Sopisiko ohjelmasi paremmin iltabileisiin? Voit hakea myös lauantain iltabileisiin esiintyjäksi tällä lomakkeella! Valitse lomakkeesta 30 minuutin esitysaika, vaikka ohjelmanumerosi olisi lyhyempi. Iltabileiden esiintyjien edut katsotaan tapauskohtaisesti esityksen laajuuden mukaan.

Hellocon ry is celebrating its 10th anniversary by organising the Labyrinth of Dreams lolita fashion event in Helsinki. We are currently looking for volunteers to host activities and programmes pertaining to the theme of the event, lolita fashion in general, or perhaps Hellocon’s ten year journey, and would be utterly elated to have you join us in this endeavour.
We welcome all kinds of lectures, panels, and group discussions, as well as different kind of performances and activities (eg. dance and song performances included) related to topics surrounding lolita fashion and/or the theme of the event; the fae folk. The more extensive and intricate performances and activities will be held on the mainstage to further enhance the experience and enchantment. We also welcome new kinds of concepts and ideas regarding the repertoire, so if you find yourself in possession of good ideas for programmes and activities which are not presented above, please feel free to contact us with a suggestion or two.
We suggest a runtime of either 60 min or 90 min at its maximum for the programmes, performances, and activities, with a shorter duration of 30 min also being viable for briefer performances.
Those volunteering to host activities and programmes at the event will receive free entry to the main event, as well as free access to the green room during the event. Tea party tickets, however, have to be separately purchased, and unfortunately models and assistants are not qualified for these aforementioned benefits above.
Should you find your planned activities or performances better suited for the evening party on Saturday, please feel free to apply for a position as a performer by filling out this form here below! Please choose a 30 min time slot for the performance, even if its actual duration may be shorter than that. The benefits of the evening party performers are reviewed in a case-by-case manner, in accordance with the expanse and general range of the performance itself.
