Tapahtuman siirtämisen takia avaamme uudelleen myyjähaun Domus Reginae -tapahtumaan! Myyjähaku aukeaa 1.7.2021 ja sulkeutuu 21.7.2021. Hae mukaan syksyn kuninkaallisimpaan lolitatapahtumaan täyttämällä alla oleva lomake.
Domus Reginae -tapahtumassa voit myydä lolitaan, katumuotiin tai muuten tapahtuman teemaan sopivia vaatteita, asusteita, koruja ja taidetta. Myös muut tapahtuman henkeen sopivat tuotteet tai palvelut ovat tervetulleita! Voit halutessasi osallistua upeaan myyjien muotinäytökseen max. kolmella asukokonaisuudella.
Domus Reginae on kaksipäiväinen japanilaiseen lolitamuotiin keskittynyt tapahtuma. Lauantai 25.9.2021 on päätapahtuma, jossa myynti tapahtuu, ja seuraavana päivänä pidettävillä teekutsuilla ei ole myyntisalia. Voit osallistua teekutsuille ostamalla erillisen teekutsu lipun.
Myyntipaikan hinta on 60 €.
Myyntipaikka sisältää yhden sisäänpääsyn lauantain päätapahtumaan sekä myyntipöydän. Myyntipöydän mitat 91 x 175 cm, korkeus: 71 cm.
Voit tarvittaessa ostaa myös avustajalle lipun hintaan 35 €.
Rekkivuokra (sis. henkarit): 5 €.
Lisäpöydät: 25 €.
Myyjät voivat varata kauttamme teekutsulipun, mikäli teekutsuille on vielä tilaa. Myös jo aiemmin tiketin kautta ostettu teekutsulippu on voimassa. Kerro hakemuksessa, mikäli haluaisit ostaa lipun teekutsuille.
Jos olet jo ostanut lipun, maksat myyntipaikasta pääsylipun ja myyntipaikan erotuksen. Ilmoita hakemuksessasi, jos sinulla on jo sisäänpääsylippu.
Valitsemme myyjät hakemuksien perusteella siten, että tapahtumassa on mahdollisimman monipuolinen valikoima erilaisia myyjiä. Ilmoitamme valinnoista 25.7.2021 mennessä.

Due to the festivities of Domus Reginae being postponed, we are resuming our call for vendors for the event! The quest for vendors begins on 1.7.2021 and ends on 21.7.2021. Please apply for the most regal lolita event of the autumn by filling out the form listed below.
At the Domus Reginae event you can sell clothing, accessories, jewellery, as well as art related to lolita fashion. Other products and/or services befitting of the theme, atmosphere, and essence of the event itself are also more than welcome! Should you be interested and inspired, you can join the talented cast of the fabulous Vendors’ Fashion Show, showcasing up to three different outfit coordinates.
Domus Reginae is an event focused on Japanese lolita fashion, spanning over two days. The main event takes place on Saturday 25.9.2021, where the vendors will display and sell their merchandise, as the venue for the tea party held on Sunday 26.9.2021 unfortunately does not include a vendors’ hall of any kind. You can join the tea party by buying a separate tea party ticket.
The price of a vendor space is 60 €.
The vendor space includes the entry for one person for the main event on Saturday, as well as a vendor table. The measurements for the vendor table is 91 x 175 cm, height: 71 cm.
If required, you may also buy a ticket for your assistant/aide for 35 €.
Clothing rail rental (incl. hangers): 5 €.
Additional tables: 25 €.
The vendors may also book a tea party ticket through us, given that there is still room at the tea party at the time. A tea party ticket which has been bought through the Tiketti service prior to this is also valid for this occasion.
Please inform us in your application, whether or not you would prefer to buy a ticket for the tea party. Should you already have purchased a ticket for the main event, you need only pay the difference between said ticket and the vendor space. Please inform us in your application form, should you already possess a ticket permitting entry for the main event on Saturday.
We will choose the vendors based on the applications accordingly, so that our event may demonstrate a most versatile array of different kinds of vendors and talents. We will inform the public of our choices and decisions by 25.7.2021.
