Tiedotimme aiemmin Hus Lindmanin hakeutuneen keväällä konkurssiin ja sen takia etsimme tapahtumalle uutta teekutsupaikkaa. Meillä onkin ilo ilmoittaa, että teekutsut järjestetään sittenkin ihastuttavassa, empiretyylisessä Hus Lindmanissa!
We announced earlier that Hus Lindman had filed for bankruptcy and the venue would most likely change. Against all odds our Tea Party will after all be held at the enchanting empire style restaurant Hus Lindman!

Muutama sana Hus Lindmanin historiasta: vuosina 1849-1873 talossa asui hovimaalari Robert W. Ekman ja hänen vaimonsa Josefine. Arvostetun taiteilijan teoksia ovat mm. vuosina 1850–1855 maalatut Tuomiokirkon freskot. Pihalla satoja vuosia sitten olleesta kasvitieteellisestä puutarhasta on kuin muistona lehmusten varjostama upea ruusupuisto.
Teekutsujen menu pysyy samana.

A little about the history: It was built in the early 19th century as the home of the renowned painter Robert Ekman and his wife Josefine. His work is visible in the Cathedral’s altar frescoes that he painted from 1850 to 1855. A gorgeous rose garden overshadowed by ancient linden trees stands as a reminder of the botanical garden that stood on the spot centuries ago.
