Korona-tartuntojen määrä on lyhyen ajan sisällä lisääntynyt Suomessakin. Suomen hallitus on julistanut Suomeen poikkeustilan, minkä on arvioitu vaikuttavan laajasti elinkeinoelämään. Olemme päättäneet tiedottaa viruksen vaikutuksista tulevaan syksyn tapahtumaan.
Tämän hetkisten tietojen perusteella emme aio peruuttaa tai siirtää Domus Reginaen ajankohtaa.
Jos poikkeustila jatkuu vielä syyskuussa, aiomme ensisijaisesti siirtää tapahtuman ajankohtaa. Olemme kuitenkin erittäin optimistisia sen suhteen, että tilanne normalisoituu kesän aikana.
Tiedotamme erikseen, jos joudumme siirtämään tapahtuman ajankohtaa koronan vuoksi.
Tarjoamme mahdollisuuden anoa peruutusta lipulle, jos joudumme siirtämään tapahtuman ajankohtaa. Myyjämme voivat myös pyytää rahojen palautusta, jos joudumme siirtämään tapahtuman ajankohtaa. Varsinainen lipun hinta palautetaan, mutta Tiketti ei palauta lippujen käsittelykuluja.
Korona koskettaa muitakin kuin vain suomalaisia. Meille on tärkeää, että kävijämme voivat ostaa liput tapahtumaan mahdollisimman vähin huolin. Olemme sen vuoksi päättäneet siirtää lipunmyynnin aloitusajankohtaa. Avaamme lipunmyynnin 24.5.2020 ja suljemme 25.9.2020 tai lippujen loputtua.

Just like in many parts of Europe, we have recently seen a sharp rise in the rate of new coronavirus infections here in Finland. The government has declared official emergency conditions, which is estimated to have a negative impact on the general economy. We have decided to make the following announcement, hoping that it will make life marginally less uncertain for you.
Based on currently available information we are NOT going to cancel or postpone Domus Reginae.
We HAVE decided to postpone the opening of ticket sales by a month. We hope that planning for the future will be a little easier for everyone by the end of May when the pandemic has run further along its course.
Ticket Sales will start 24.5.2020 and end 25.9.2020 or when all ticket types are sold out.
If an official state of emergency is still in effect at the beginning of September, the primary plan is to move the dates of the event forward. However, we remain very optimistic that the situation will normalise sometime this summer.
If we end up having to move the dates we will announce it separately, at the very latest by the end of the first week of September.
If the new dates are not suitable for you, you will be eligible for a refunded ticket or vendor’s fee cancellation*. If the new dates are suitable for you, your original ticket will be valid for the new dates and no additional fees or changes need to be paid or made.
Ticket Sales may also be extended at that point if there are any left, but we cannot guarantee that the prices remain the same.
*Note that Ticketti’s service fee is non-refundable and that if your original purchase included a currency exchange, shifted currency exchange rates and currency exchange fees originally charged by your payment method of choice MAY affect the returned amount. This is unfortunately out of our hands
