Käytännön ohjeita kävijöille

Aloitamme V.I.P. -kävijöiden lipuntarkastuksen klo 11:30 ja ovet V.I.P.:eille avataan klo 12:00.
Muita lippuja aletaan tarkastamaan klo 12:30 ja ovet avataan klo 12:45. Avajaiset alkavat klo 13:00.
Juhlasali sijaitsee 2 ½ -kerroksessa, jonka aulatilassa lippujentarkastus suoritetaan. Aulatilasta löytyy myös kuvauspiste.
Paasitornin ala-aulassa (kerros 1) on maksullinen narikka, jonne kävijät voivat jättää tavaroitaan.
Liikuntarajoitteiset kävijät: Paasitornissa kulkee kaksi hissiä. Hissi 2 liikennöi kerrosten 0, 1 (ala-aula & narikka), 1 ½ (Matti Paasivuori -huone, jossa on Manan meet & greet), 2 ½ (Juhlasali) ja 3 ½ välillä. Hissi 1 kulkee kerrosten 1, 2 (Paasiravintola), 3, 4, 5 ja 6 välillä. Liikuntarajoitteisille henkilöille sopivat WC:t sijaitsevat kerroksissa 2 ½ ja 3.
Suurimmalla osalla myyjistämme ei ole käytössään maksupäätettä, varaathan siis mukaan riittävästi käteistä. Oheisesta kartasta löydät lähimmät pankkiautomaatit, ravintoloita, ruokakaupan ja apteekin. Paasitornin läheisyydestä löytyy runsaasti ravintoloita, esimerkiksi samassa rakennuksessa palveleva Juttutupa.

Svenska Klubbenilta löytyy vartioimaton narikka, johon kävijämme voivat omalla vastuullaan jättää tavaroitaan.

Nightfall -iltabileet 16.9.

Iltabileiden liput tarkastetaan ovella. Ovet aukeavat klo 19:30. Voit ostaa lipun myös ovelta. Ovelle muodostetaan kaksi jonoa, joista toinen on lipun ennakkoon ostaneille ja toinen niille, joilla lippua ei vielä ole. Varmistathan jonoon saapuessasi, kummasta jonosta on kyse.
Glorialla palvelee maksullinen narikka, johon kävijät voivat halutessaan jättää tavaroitaan. Narikan hinta on 2,50 €.
Glorian alakerta on sallittu kaiken ikäisille, mutta suosittelemme illan tanssiesityksiä yli 15-vuotiaille. Brilliant Kingdom aloittaa illan Burideco-esityksellään, joka soveltuu kaikenikäisille.
Glorian yläkerrassa palvelee baari, joka on K-18.
Iltabileet päättyvät klo 24:00.
General instructions for our guests

We will start checking the V.I.P. tickets at 11:30 and doors will open for V.I.P.s at 12:00.
We will start checking the other ticket types at 12:30 and doors will open at 12:45. The opening ceremony will begin at 13:00.
The main hall is located at floor 2 ½. The tickets will be checked at the lobby of the main hall. The photobooth is also located at the lobby.
There is a cloakroom at the lobby of floor 1 where our guest can leave their belongings for a small fee.
For guests with disabilities: there are two elevators at Paasitorni. Elevator 2 runs between floors 0, 1 (lobby & cloakroom), 1 ½ (room Matti Paasivuori, where Mana´s meet & greet is held), 2 ½ (the main hall) and 3 ½. Elevator 1 runs between floors 1, 2 (restaurant Paasiravintola), 3, 4, 5 and 6. Toilets suitable for persons with disabilities are located at floors 2 ½ and 3.
Most of our vendors can´t accept cards, so we kindly ask our guests to have enough cash with them. From the map you can find the nearest ATMs, restaurants, a grocery store and a pharmacy. There are many restaurants near Paasitorni, e.g. restaurant Juttutupa which is located in the same building as the event.

We will start checking the tickets for the tea party at 12:25 and the tea party will start at 13:00.
There is an unsupervised cloakroom at Svenska Klubben where our guests can leave their belongings at their own risk.

The tickets for the evening party will be checked at the entrance. You can also purchase tickets at the entrance. The doors open at 19:30. There will be two lines at the entrance: one for those who have purchased their tickets beforehand and one for those who will be buying the ticket at the entrance. When arriving, please make sure you are queuing at the correct line.
Gloria has a cloakroom where our guests can leave their belongings for a service fee of 2.50 €.
The downstairs of Gloria is open for persons of all ages, but we recommend the dance numbers of Nightfall for persons over 15 years old. The evening party will start by Brilliant Kingdom´s Burideco show which is suitable for all ages.
At the upstairs of Gloria there is a bar which is prohibited from persons under 18 years old.
The evening party will end at 24:00.
