Ryhmäristeily / Group Cruise

Suomesta teekutsuille saapuville osallistujille Hellocon ry tarjoaa mahdollisuuden osallistua yhteiselle risteilylle. 

Suunniteltu paketti sisältää:

• päiväristeilyn Helsingistä Tallinnaan lauantaina 3.8.2024 klo 9.00-11.15
• päiväristeilyn Tallinnasta Helsinkiin sunnuntaina 4.8.2024 klo 18.30-21.00
• majoituksen Tallinnassa 
• hotelliaamiaisen
• mahdollisesti pääsyn kylpylään

Osallistujilla on hyvin aikaa kiertää Tallinnassa sekä lauantaina ennen teekutsuja että sunnuntaina ennen paluuta Suomeen. Laivaliikennöitsijänä tulee olemaan Eckeröline. 

Risteily ja hotelli voidaan varata vasta ilmoittautumisen jälkeen. Tämän vuoksi emme valitettavasti pysty aivan tarkkaa hintaa kertomaan matkapaketille, mutta yhden hengen hinta tulee olemaan noin 150€. Lopulliseen hintaan tulee vaikuttamaan toteutuvan ryhmän koko. Pakettiin ei sisälly teekutsulippua. 

Toiveenamme olisi saada varattua majoitus kylpylähotellista. Koska pakettia ei voi varata ennakkoon, emme voi olla varmoja kylpylähotellin saatavuudesta varaushetkellä. 

Hellocon ry offers an opportunity for event-goers from Finland to participate in a group cruise. 

The planned travel packet contains:

• Day cruise from Helsinki to Tallinn on Saturday 3.8.2024 at 9:00-11:15
• Day cruise from Tallinn to Helsinki on Sunday 4.8.2024 at 18:30-21:00
• Hotel stay in Tallinn
• Hotel breakfast
• If possible, an entry to a spa

Participants have enough time to experience Tallinn on Saturday before the tea party and on Sunday before leaving back to Helsinki. The ship-owner for day cruises will be Eckeröline. 

However, day cruises and the hotel can be reserved only after we have the exact number of participants. Therefore, we can’t tell the exact price for the travel packet, but the price for one person will be around 150€. The final price will be influenced by the size of the actual group. The ticket to the tea party is not included.

Our plan is to reserve a spa hotel for our group cruise participants. Since we can’t reserve the hotel before we know the actual group size, we can’t promise the hotel will be available for us at the moment of reservation. 

Perjantaina 12.7. julkaistavassa lipunostolomakkeeseen tulee kohta, jolla voit ilmoittautua mukaan ryhmäristeilylle. Ilmoittautuminen on sitova. 

Kerromme lisää tietoa matkasta ilmoittautuneille sähköpostitse sekä ilmoitamme tarkennetun hinnan ennen varauksen tekoa laivayhtiölle ja hotellille.

There will be a section for group cruise in the ticket reservation form published on Friday 12.7. If you are interested in participating, you can reserve your seat in the group cruise via that form. Please notice that all group cruise registrations are compulsory. 

We will provide more information about the trip to those who have registered via email. The actual travel packet price will be informed before day cruise tickets and hotels have been booked. 

Mikäli suunniteltuun hintaan tuleekin runsas nousu, voivat ilmoittautuneet tällöin perua osallistumisen. Peruminen pitää tehdä ennen, kun varaus tehdään laivayhtiölle ja hotellille. 

Mikäli et pääsekään ryhmäristeilylle ylitsepääsemättömän esteen vuoksi, ilmoitathan siitä matkan järjestäjälle mahdollisimman pian. Otathan kuitenkin huomioon, ettemme pysty palauttamaan rahojasi, kun varaus laivayhtiölle ja hotellille on tehty. 

Mikäli osallistuja ei maksa osuuttaan matkasta ilmoitettuun eräpäivään mennessä, hänen varauksensa peruutetaan. Veloitamme myös osallistujalta matkan täyden hinnan. 

In case the planned price for the travel packet increases tremendously, those who have registered can cancel their reservation for the group cruise. However, the cancellation must be done before the day cruise and hotel has booked. 

If you are unable to join a group cruise due to an insurmountable obstacle, please inform the organiser as soon as possible. Please notice that we are not able to refund your money after day cruises and hotels have been booked.

If the participant fails to pay their part of the trip by the due date, their booking will be canceled. We will also charge the participant the full price of the trip. 

Hellocon ry ei ole vastuussa osallistujista matkan aikana. Jokainen osallistuja on itse vastuussa siitä, että asianmukaiset matkustusasiakirjat ja matkavakuutus ovat voimassa. 

Ryhmäristeilylle voivat osallistua vain yli 18-vuotiaat matkustajat. Jos matkustat huoltajan kanssa ja haluatte osallistua yhteismatkalle, ota erikseen yhteyttä nettisivujen yhteydenottolomakkeella. 

Hellocon ry is not responsible for participants during the trip to Tallinn and back. Each participant is responsible that all their traveling documents and insurance are valid. 

Only at least 18-year-olds can register for the group cruise. If you are traveling with your guardian and wish to participate, please contact us separately with the contact form on our website.
