Haemme yhteistyökumppaneita sponsoroimaan Labyrinth of Dreams -tapahtumaa.  Etsimme erityisesti tuotteita päätapahtumassa jaettaviin VIP-kasseihin sekä teekutsukävijöille. Sponsorituotteeksi sopii esimerkiksi rintakoru, vihko, herkut jne. Sponsoroiduksi tuotteeksi ei lasketa pelkkää firman mainospostikorttia, mutta taidepostikortti taiteilijalta käy mainiosti sponsorituotteeksi. Voit toki sponsoroida meitä myös muulla tavalla; rahallisesti, kuvausseinällä, propeilla, lahjoittamalla jotain kaikille kävijöille – tiedät itse parhaiten, mikä tarjonnastanne voisi sopia Helloconin vierailijoille.

Järjestämme myös tuttuun tapaan teekutsuilla arpajaiset. Pääsääntöisesti tapahtuman myyjät ovat lahjoittaneet tuotepalkintoja arvontaa varten, mutta otamme toki mielellämme vastaan palkintotuotteita myös muilta tahoilta.

Vastineeksi sponsoroinnista teemme sponsorista esittelyn somekanavillamme, ja sponsorit saavat mainostilaa nettisivuillamme sponsori-sivulla. Voimme myös jakaa sponsorin käyntikortteja yms tapahtuman infopisteellä. Isomman sponsoroinnin kohdalla voimme keskustella myös muunlaisesta vastineesta tai isommasta näkyvyydestä.

Tapahtuman sponsoroinnin lisäksi otamme mielellämme vastaan sponsorien tuotepaketteja erilaisia somekisoja ja -arvontoja varten. Kisan aikana sponsori saa mainoksen ja näkyvyyttä somessa. Kisojen yksityiskohdista sovitaan erikseen, joten laita rohkeasti sähköpostia, jos sinulla on idea.

We are looking for affiliates and partners to help us sponsor and finance the Labyrinth of Dreams event, especially in terms of sponsored goodies for the VIP bags distributed at the main event and for guests at the tea party. Sponsored goods applicable for the occasion comprise of eg. brooches, notebooks, sweets etc., whereas advertising postcards do not unfortunately fall into this category. Postcards depicting an artist’s original art, however, are more than welcome as sponsored goods. You may also finance and support us in other ways; monetarily, with a photography backdrop, with different kinds of props, or by donating something small to all guests and visitors — something from your collection that you find would best fit the occasion, event, and appeal to the visitors. 

As is our tradition by now, we will be organising a raffle at the tea party. The raffle prizes have primarily been donated by vendors selling their merchandise at the event, but we are more than happy to welcome prizes and promotional goods from other donating parties and directions.   

In return for the sponsorship we will make a presentation of the sponsor on our social media platforms, and said benefactors will also receive advertising space on your website’s designated page for sponsors. We can also distribute a sponsor’s business cards at eg. the event’s information desk. In regards to a bigger and more encompassing sponsorship, we may also discuss the possibilities of other kinds of trades or deals, and a wider range of visibility. 

Apart from sponsoring the event, we also welcome different kinds of goodie bags and produce packages to serve as prizes for different kinds of online contests and raffles. During a contest the sponsor will be advertised and garner ample visibility on social media. We will discuss and negotiate the details of the aforementioned contests and raffles separately, so please don’t hesitate to contact us and send us an email should you have some ideas pertaining to a sponsorship.
