Laventeli_lady jakaa vinkkejä, huomioita ja huonoja vitsejä matkastaan lolitamuodin parissa. Hänellä on noin kolme vuotta kokemusta pluskokoisena olemisesta. Mistä pluskokoisia vaatteita saa? Mitä haasteita pluskoon aloittelija kohtaa ja miten niistä pääsee yli? Tarjolla on rohkaisua, neuvoja ja huumoria, kun jatkamme yhdessä matkaa!
Laventeli_lady shares life hacks, observations, and bad puns along her journey, equipped with three years of experience as a lolita fashion enthusiast, and a lifetime of experience of being plus sized. This lecture offers encouragement, advice, and humour, as we embark on this journey towards lolita self discovery together!

Ohjelmassa esitellään upean kunniavieraamme asuja jo toista kertaa tapahtumamme historiassa. Sen jälkeen brändin toimitusjohtaja Yuko Ashizawa kertoo tarkemmin ajatuksiaan näytöksen asuista ja brändistä kokonaisuutena.
For the second time in our event’s history, the programme will showcase the outfits of our fabulous guest of honour. Afterwards, the brand’s CEO Yuko Ashizawa will share her thoughts on the show’s outfits and the brand as a whole.
The EGL Community Is Neurodiverse!

What’s the connection between fans of Japanese alternative fashion and neurodivergence*? How can people with neurodivergence related special needs be accommodated at (not only) EGL related events? What hacks are there for people with sensory issues to make wearing EGL fashion in partiular less distresful? Let’s discuss and learn from each other!
Jayjay, a late diagnosed ADHD/autistic person from Vienna, will lead this group discussion and give a short input at the beginning. They are not a professional psychologist by any means. However, their interest for all things to do with neurodivergence has not worn off ever since they got diagnosed one year ago. To be fair though, Jayjay does have an academic background (for instance, a BA in Japanese Studies). Therefore, you can be sure to get the latest juicy scientific input on the topic, based on papers and interesting studies.
*For clarification:
A person is neurodivergent when they have atypical neurological traits. ”Neurodiverse” simply refers to a group of people and the fact that the neurological traits of the group’s individuals are diverse. Thus, we are all neurodiverse but not all neurodivergent.

Step up your doodling game with the simplest techniques that Erika is going to show during this presentation. No ”Thank you” note will be left bare of frills!
A step by step demonstration of how to draw lolita elements such as lace, ribbons, fruits, flowers, and mascots will help you understand these shapes and reproduce them. Participants will be admitted on a first come, first served basis.

Ohjelmassa nähdään häikäisevän kunniavieraamme luomuksia ensimmäistä kertaa Suomessa. Tämän jälkeen kuullaan brändin pääsuunnittelijan Tairan ajatuksia esillä olevista taianomaisista asuista sekä hänen urastaan lolitamuodin parissa.
The programme will feature the creations of our dazzling guest of honour for the first time in Finland. This will be followed by the brand’s head designer, Taira’s thoughts on the magical outfits on display, as well as her career in lolita fashion.

Tervetuloa askartelemaan itsellesi koristeellinen keijukorva Saija Sasettaren opastuksella!
Tässä pajassa pääset askartelemaan omaan korvaasi sopivan, omalla tyylillä tehdyn keijukorvan käyttäen materiaaleina kevyttä alumiinilanka, helmiä, rautalankaa ja muita somisteita. Paja soveltuu kaikentasoisille askartelijoille. Pajaan mahtuu enintään 10 osallistujaa, jotka otetaan pajaan saapumisjärjestyksessä. Ohjeistusta annetaan tarpeen mukaan suomeksi ja englanniksi.
You are cordially invited to craft yourself a pair of decorative faerie ears under the tutelage of Saija Sasetar.
In this workshop, you will be able to craft a fitted faerie ear of your own style and choosing by using materials such as aluminium wire, pearls, steel wire, and other ornaments. The workshop is suitable for people of all kinds, from beginners to more experienced craftspeople. As said, workshop only accommodates 10 participants, we will work on a first come, first serve kind of basis. Guidance will be offered upon request in Finnish and English. The cost of the materials is 5€ and can only be paid in cash.

Tässä paneelikeskustelussa pääjärjestäjämme Tuulia Lautamaja (Cloudberry Ladyn suunnittelija) keskustelee lolitamuodista kunniavieraidemme Ashizawa Yukon (Atelier Pierrotin toimitusjohtaja) ja Tairan (Metamorphose Temps de Fillen pääsuunnittelija) kanssa. Panelistit pohtivat, miten muoti on muuttunut vuosien varrella ja miten he näkevät sen tulevaisuuden ammattilaisina.
In this panel discussion our main organiser Tuulia Lautamaja (Cloudberry Lady’s designer) discusses lolita fashion with our guests of honor Ashizawa Yuko (Atelier Pierrot’s CEO) and Taira (Metamorphose Temps de Fille’s chief designer). The panelists will talk about how the fashion has changed over the years, and how they see its future as professionals.
