A ticket to the tea party on Sunday 24.9.2023

  • The tea party ticket does not allow entry to the main event, so please remember to also buy the Daydreamer ticket.

About the Ticket Sales

Daydreamer-lippuja myydään 23.9.2023 klo 12 asti tai lippujen loppumiseen asti. Teekutsut sisältävien lipputyyppien lipunmyynti päättyy aikaisemmin, 9.9.2023 klo 12:00. Huomioithan, että Fool’s Paradise ja Thé à la Titania -liput myyvät kuitenkin nopeasti loppuun. Voit varautua nappaamaan omasi olemalla ajoissa paikalla. Tiketin sivuilta löytyy hyvät ohjeet miten onnistut nappaamaan suositut liput etunenässä. Tiedotamme, kun tietty lipputyyppi on myynyt loppuun.

Lipuille on seuraavat ostorajoitukset

Iltabileet Hall of the Goblin King järjestetään Apollo-klubilla, ja ne ovat siksi vain täysi-ikäisille kävijöillemme. Sekä Daydreamer että Fool’s Paradise -lippu sisältää ilmaisen sisäänpääsyn, mutta liputon  seuralaisesi voi liittyä iltabileisiin ostamalla lipun ovelta 10 € hintaan. Ovella kelpaa vain käteinen.

Järjestämme jälleen myös ikärajatonta iltaohjelmaa niille, jotka eivät voi tai halua osallistua iltabileisiin klubilla. Ilmoittautuminen ja mahdollinen lipunmyynti vaihtoehtoiseen iltaohjelmaan avataan myöhemmin.

The Daydreamer tickets are sold until 23.9.2023 noon 12 o’clock or until the tickets are sold out. The ticket sales for the Fool’s Paradise and the tea party Thé à la Titania tickets end on 9.9.2023 or earlier if the tickets are sold out before this date. Please observe that the aforementioned tickets (for Fool’s Paradise and Thé à la Titania) sell out quickly. 

To guarantee that you obtain a ticket of your choosing, make sure that you are at the right place at the right time. There’s instructions on Tiketti’s website on how to grab the popular tickets ahead of time.

We will inform you when a particular ticket type is sold out. 

The following tickets have a ticket limit for the amount of which can be purchased by a single person 

  • The Fool’s Paradise ticket, max. 2 pcs / buyer
  • The Thé à la Titania tea party ticket, max. 3 pcs / buyer
  • The Daydreamer ticket for the main event, max. 5 pcs / buyer 

If you are assisted by an aide or assistant at the event, this assistant is permitted free entry to both the main event and the evening party. Should your aide wish to dine at the tea party, they will need to buy their own tea party ticket. If you are looking to attend the event with an aide or assistant, please contact us in advance at inclusivity.hellocon@gmail.com. Our diversity and inclusion managers are more than happy to help you with all questions and matters pertaining to accessibility.

The evening party, Hall of the Goblin King, takes place at the Apollo live club, and is intended for our adult visitors and guests, and for mature audiences only. Both the  Daydreamer and the Fool’s Paradise tickets include a free entry to said evening party, but should you have any companions without these aforementioned tickets, they can join the evening party by buying a ticket at the door for 10€ (granted that they are of age). Unfortunately we can only accept cash for tickets purchased at the door. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience. 

We will also be organizing some alternative evening activities without an age limit for those who cannot participate in the official evening party or who do not otherwise wish to take part in it. The enrollment and possible ticket sales for the alternative evening party will open at a later date. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Valitettavasti et voi palauttaa ostettua lippua. Voit kuitenkin vaihtaa lipputyyppiä, jos muita lipputyyppejä on vielä vapaana. Saat myydä lippusi eteenpäin muille kävijöille.

Unfortunately purchased tickets cannot be returned. However, you may upgrade your ticket to another ticket type as long as there are tickets available. In addition, you are free to resell your ticket to a fellow event guest.
