Hellocon juhlistaa kymmenettä vuottaan, minkä kunniaksi haluamme tarjota jo perjantaina saapuville kävijöillemme mahdollisuuden tutustua toisiinsa herkullisen illallisen merkeissä!

Ennakkoillallinen järjestetään perjantaina 22.9.2023 klo 18 alkaen Klaus K -hotellin upeassa Dine-ravintolassa. Se sijaitsee osoitteessa:

Illallinen sisältää runsaan alkupalabuffetin ja pääruuan pöytiintarjoiltuna. Illallinen sopii pescovegetaristiseen ruokavalioon, muut erityisruokavaliot ja allergiat huomioidaan erikseen.

Illallisen hinta on 61 €/hlö.

Hellocon is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year, and in honour of this spectacular event we would like to invite all of our visitors arriving on Friday to enjoy something special with us, and to get to know each other over the course of a delicious dinner! 

The Pre-event dinner is held on Friday 22.9.2023 from 6 PM (18:00) onwards at the stunning restaurant Dine at Hotel Klaus K. It is located at the address:

The dinner includes an abundant buffet of starters, as well as a main course served at the table, and said dinner suits a pescatarian diet as well. Other special dietary preferences and restrictions will be implemented upon request. 

The price for the dinner is 61 €/person.

Osallistujat voivat ostaa tilassa sijaitsevasta baarista haluamansa ruokajuomat. Baari on auki myös pari tuntia illallisen jälkeen, joten halukkaat voivat jäädä seurustelemaan illallisen päätyttyä.

Pan fried arctic charr, saffron hollandaise sauce, Mediterranean sauce & pickled beetroot 

All the dinner guests can buy their chosen beverages at the bar located in the same venue. The bar is also open for a couple of hours after the dinner, so that those wishing to stay a bit longer afterwards and socialise while enjoying a lovely drink or two may do so.

Ilmoittautuminen / Admission

Ilmoittautuminen illalliselle aukeaa 22.7.2023 klo 17:00. Ilmoittautuminen tapahtuu nettisivuillemme julkaistavalla lomakkeella. 

Voit ilmoittaa kerrallaan korkeintaan 6 osallistujaa. Lomakkeessa kysytään osallistujien allergiat ja erityisruokavaliot, joten varmistathan ennakkoon koko seurueesi mahdolliset erityisruokavaliot.

Saat vastausviestissä illallisen maksuohjeet. Osallistujille ei lähetetä erikseen lippuja, vaan ovella on käytössä vieraslista.

Registration for the dinner opens on 22.7.2023 at 5PM (17:00). The registration will be accomplished by filling out the form published on Hellocon’s website. 

You can admit at most 6 participants to the dinner with one admission form. As the form inquires about the allergies and dietary preferences of said participants, please make sure to inform us about any potential dietary preferences, restrictions, or allergies applying to any or all members of your entire group well in advance. 

You will receive payment information for the dinner in the response message. No physical tickets will be sent out to the participants — instead a guest list checking all entering guests will be invoked at the door of the venue.
