- Sähköpostiosoite
- Pituus, rinnan-, vyötärön- ja lantionympärys senttimetreinä
- Kengänkoko (EU/Japani)
- Voitko osallistua yhteen vai kahteen muotinäytökseen?
- Onko sinulla oma alushame?
- Onko sinulla oma peruukki tai voitko käyttää peruukkia?
- Aiempi mallikokemus
Lisää hakemuksesi liitteeksi seuraavat kuvat:
- Kaksi kokovartalokuvaa edestä: yksi lolitassa ja yksi arkityylissäsi
- Yksi kasvokuva
- Yksi kokovartalokuva sivusta otettuna
- Kuva näkyvistä tatuoinneista (käsivarret, jalat, jne.)
Voit myös lisätä linkin omaan sometiliisi (esim. Instagram).
Include following information in your application:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Height, bust, waist and hips in centimeters
- Shoe size (EU/Japan)
- Can you participate in one or two fashion shows?
- Do you have a petticoat?
- Do you have a wig or can you use a wig?
- Modeling experience
Attach following images to your application:
- Two full body pictures in front: one in lolita and one in your everyday look
- One face portrait
- One full body picture from the side
- Pictures of any visible tattoos (legs, arms, etc.)
You can also provide a link to your social media account (i.e. Instagram).
