Meillä on ilo ilmoittaa, että taiteilija- ja käsityöläishaku Beyond the Shimmering Stars -tapahtumaan aukeaa pian! Haku aukeaa 26.3.2025 ja sulkeutuu 26.4.2025. Tänä vuonna emme järjestä varsinaista taidekujaa, mutta tarjoamme rajatun määrän edullisempia myyntipaikkoja taiteilijoille ja pienille käsityöläisille.

Beyond the Shimmering Stars -tapahtumassa voit myydä lolitaan, japanilaiseen katumuotiin tai muuten tapahtuman teemaan sopivia asusteita, koruja ja taidetta. Myös muut tapahtuman henkeen sopivat tuotteet tai palvelut ovat tervetulleita! Elintarvikkeiden myynti tapahtumassa ei ole sallittua.

Beyond the Shimmering Stars on kaksipäiväinen japanilaiseen lolitamuotiin keskittynyt tapahtuma. Lauantai 20.9.2025 on päätapahtuma, jossa myynti tapahtuu. Voit varata liput iltabileisiin ennakkoon.

We are happy to announce that our call for artists and crafters for the Beyond the Shimmering Stars event is starting soon! The application period starts on March 26, 2025, and ends on April 26, 2025. This year, we won’t have a dedicated artist alley, but we’re offering a limited number of affordable vendor spots for independent artists and handmade creators.

At the Beyond the Shimmering Stars event, you can sell clothing, accessories, jewellery, and art related to lolita fashion, Japanese street fashion, or the event’s overall theme. Other products and/or services befitting of the atmosphere and essence of the event itself are also more than welcome! The sale of food at the event is not allowed.

Beyond the Shimmering Stars is an event focusing on Japanese lolita fashion, spanning over two days. The main event takes place on Saturday, September 20, 2025, where the vendors will display and sell their merchandise. You can reserve tickets for the evening party in advance.

Tarjoamme pienempiä myyntipaikkoja taiteilijoille ja pienille käsityöläisille. Paikka sisältää yhden sisäänpääsyn, pöydän (150 cm x 50 cm), pöytäliinan ja tuolin. Paikka sijaitsee myyntisalissa.

Paikan voi halutessaan jakaa toisen myyjän kanssa. Voit myös tuoda myyntiin ystäväsi tuotteita, vaikka hän ei itse olisi paikalla, mutta ilmoitathan siitä meille etukäteen.

Voit tuoda mukanasi oman pöydälle tai sen taakse asetettavan myyntitelineen. Tilan rajallisuuden vuoksi pöydän sivuille ei mahdu telineitä.

Taiteilija- ja käsityöläispaikka ei oikeuta osallistumaan myyjien muotinäytökseen. Jos haluat esitellä tuotteitasi myyjien muotinäytöksessä, sinun on haettava myyjien myyntipöytää.

Taitelija- ja kästyöläispaikkalaiset voivat varata liput iltabileisiin alennettuun kävijähintaan.

We offer smaller vendor spaces for independent artists and handmade creators. The vendor space includes one entry pass for the main event on Saturday, one table (150 cm x 50 cm, a tablecloth and a chair. The table is located in the vendors’ hall.

You can share the space with another seller if you wish. You’re welcome to sell your friend’s products even if they can’t attend, but please inform us in advance.

You may bring your own sales stand to place on or behind the table. Please note that due to limited space, stands cannot be placed beside the table.

The artist and crafter vendor space does not entitle participation in the vendor’s fashion show. If you want to showcast your products, you need to apply for vendor’s space.

The artists and crafters can book the evening party tickets in advance with the event attendee discount price.

Taiteilija- ja käsityöläispöytiä haetaan lomakkeella, jonka pääset täyttämään tästä linkistä. Haku sulkeutuu 26.4.2025.

Valitsemme myyjät hakemuksien perusteella siten, että tapahtumassa on mahdollisimman monipuolinen valikoima erilaisia myyjiä. Ilmoitamme valinnoista mahdollisimman pian haun päättymisen jälkeen.

We will select the vendors based on their applications to ensure that our event showcases a versatile array of different vendors and talents. We will notify applicants of our decisions soon after the application period ends.
