Työvoimahaku Beyond the Shimmering Stariin on auki!

Tervetuloa kurkkaamaan tapahtuman rakentamisen kulisseihin! Tarvitsemme tälläkin kertaa vapaaehtoisia työntekijöitä auttamaan tapahtuman järjestämisessä. Työvoimana pääset lauantain päätapahtumaan ja saat työstäsi työtodistuksen. Työvuorosi jälkeen tai tauollasi ehdit nauttia ohjelmasta ja myyntipöydistä. 

Vapaaehtoisilta toivomme oma-aloitteisuutta ja reipasta asennetta. Tapahtumapäivä on aina hektinen ja monien tehtävien lopullinen sisältö selviää vasta tapahtuma-aamuna.

Huomioithan, että haemme työvoimaa lauantain päätapahtumaan sekä iltabileisiin.

To answer the great interest in our event from our international friends, for the first time ever we now open the volunteer recruitment in English!

We welcome you to take a peek on what goes behind the scenes when making a lolita event! You, our volunteers, are a crucial part of making the day a successful experience for all! As a volunteer you get a free pass to the main event and a volunteer employment certificate. We try to make sure that our volunteers will also have time to enjoy the event before/after their shift. 

We wish our volunteers to have a can-do attitude and talent for problem solving. The main event day is always hectic and the details of each job will reveal themselves on the day. 

Please note that we are looking for volunteers for both the main event and for the evening party.

Ensimmäiset hakemukset saavat vastauksen ennen lipunmyynnin aukeamista. Kun jätät hakemuksesi 2 viikkoa ennen (eli viim. 26.4.) lipunmyynnin aukeamista, voimme varata sinulle paikan sunnuntain teekutsuille (lipun hinta 55€, laskutamme erikseen) mikäli haluat osallistua niihin. Mainitsethan hakemuksessa mikäli haluat osallistua teekutsuille ja ruokavaliosi.

The first applications will be processed before we open the ticket sales. If you apply 2 weeks before we open the ticket sales (26.4.), we offer to reserve a tea party ticket for you (about 55e, will be invoiced via email). Please mention in the application whether you wish to use this offer or not.

Kirjoita kutsumanimi hakemukseen isoin kirjaimin. Huomioithan myös, että hakijan täytyy olla vähintään 15-vuotias.
