Beyond the Shimmering Stars -tapahtuman ohjelmahaku sekä päätapahtumaan että iltabileisiin on avattu! Haku päättyy 13.4.2025 klo 20:00. Hakijoihin ollaan yhteydessä haun sulkeutumisen jälkeen.
Ohjelmanpitäjäksi päivätapahtumaan ja iltabileisiin haetaan täyttämällä lomake, johon pääset tästä linkistä.
Jos haluat pitää ohjelmaa sekä päivätapahtumassa että iltabileissä, vastaa lomakkeeseen useamman kerran ohjelmien omilla tiedoilla.
Vastineeksi ohjelman pitämisestä ohjelmanpitäjät saavat ilmaisen lipun tapahtumaan, johon heidän ohjelmansa kuuluu. Esimerkiksi jos olet pitämässä ohjelmaa iltabileissä, tarjoamme sinulle vain lipun iltabileisiin. Tarjoamme myös ohjelmanpitäjille mahdollisuuden ostaa lipun toiseen lauantain tapahtumaan alennettuun hintaan. Teekutsujen liput myydään erikseen.
The program application for the Beyond Shimmering Stars event, both for the main event and the evening party, is now open! The application period ends on 13 April 2025 at 8:00 PM. All applicants will be contacted after the application period ends.
You can apply with a program for both the main event and the evening party by filling out the form behind this link.
If you wish to host a program at both the main event and the evening party, please submit the form multiple times with the respective details for each program.
As a program host, you will receive a free ticket to the event where your program takes place. For example, if you are hosting a program in the evening party, you will receive a ticket only to the evening party. Additionally, you can purchase a discounted ticket for Saturday’s other event, where your program is not held. Please note that tickets for the Tea Party must be purchased separately.
